How to apply for Zoho Books:

Click on “Apply Now” button
On the Disclaimer window, click on Proceed
You will be redirected to setup your account - Enter required details and click on Create Account
On signing up, proceed to upgrade your account
To upgrade your account, go to Settings and select Upgrade to Paid Plan
Select the subscription plan that suits your requirement/business size
Pay the amount using your Kotak Cards or Kotak Bank Account

These services are provided by Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (ZOHO) and not offered by the Bank directly. Services will be provided to only Kotak Current Account customers and the charges related to the same should be paid directly to The Alliance Partner (ZOHO)
Offer is valid from 19^th September 2022 to 31^st March 2023 (“Offer Period”)
The offer is a one-time discount applicable only to initial purchase of Zoho Books and will not be applicable for existing Zoho users. After the expiry of initial subscription period, the then prevailing list price of applicable Zoho Books shall apply.
The offer is non-transferable, non-binding, non-encashable and is for one time use, which cannot be clubbed with any other Offer
The Bank and the Alliance Partner (ZOHO) reserve the right to revoke the Offer; if at any time it is believed that the same is being misused or Offer terms and conditions are being violated
Kotak and the Alliance Partner (ZOHO) reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, whether similar or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
Participation in this offer is voluntary
Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, general terms and conditions of the Bank and terms and conditions of the Alliance Partner (ZOHO) in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions of the Alliance Partner (ZOHO)
The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by the Alliance Partner (ZOHO) its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer
The bank hold out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Alliance Partner (ZOHO). Any issue or dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Customer directly with the Alliance Partner (ZOHO) without any reference to the Bank
The Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the service/offer, including, extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without any notice at its sole discretion
The decision of the Kotak and the Alliance Partner (ZOHO) in all matters in connection with and incidental to this service is final and shall be binding on all persons
The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by the Alliance Partner (ZOHO), its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the service provided by the Alliance Partner (ZOHO)
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether any other court or tribunal has concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
