  • These services are provided by Hylo Challenger Pvt. Ltd. (HYLO) and not offered by the Bank directly. Services will be provided to only Kotak Current Account customers and the charges related to the same should be paid directly to The Alliance Partner (HYLO)
  • Kotak reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, whether similar or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
  • Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of The Alliance Partner (HYLO), before availing the benefits of the service. The Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the benefits of the offer and is in no way concerned or connected with the quality of the product/services and any terms and conditions of The Alliance Partner (HYLO)
  • The bank hold out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by The Alliance Partner (HYLO). Any issue or dispute or claim regarding the goods and/or services must be resolved by the Customer with directly at with The Alliance Partner (HYLO) without any reference to the Bank
  • The Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the service, including, extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without any notice at its sole discretion
  • The decision of the Kotak and The Alliance Partner (HYLO) in all matters in connection with and incidental to this service is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  • The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by The Alliance Partner (HYLO), its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the service provided by The Alliance Partner (HYLO)
  • Kotak Mahindra Bank and any of its directors, employees and personnel shall not be liable for any loss, damage of any nature including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, and consequential as also any loss of profit in any way arising from the use of the services offered by Hylo. The recipient shall be solely and fully responsible/ liable for any consequence arising as a result of availing the services and agrees not to hold the Bank liable for any loss or damage upon utilizing the services of Hylo. The Bank shall not be responsible in any way for the advice given by Hylo, its employees, representatives, agents and consultants.
  • Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether any other court or tribunal has concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
