Download the app from Apple Appstore/Google Play Store
Select ‘Click Here to Log in’
On the registration screens select ‘No, I don’t have my registered SIM in this phone’
Tap on ‘Activate from branch or phone banking’
Enter your CRN & MPIN.
Once these details are entered a request is sent to the bank on your behalf for device activation (This request has an expiry of 24 hrs.)
You can now visit the nearest Kotak Branch or call the call centre to verify the request.
Once your request is verified through branch/call centre, your device will be activated
