And all you need to do is
- Login to Kotak Mobile app
- Click on the Card Overview icon and enter your MPIN
- Scroll down to the section of reward points
- Click on ‘Claim now’. You will now be redirected to the White Pass redemption portal
- Select the option you want to redeem your White Pass on
- Once a redemption is done , you will receive a confirmation over email & SMS with the details of redemption
- You will also be able to view all your redemptions in the Redemption History tab of the White Pass portal.
Earn White Pass value on crossing every spend milestone
- 1 White Pass = ₹1 on White Pass catalog (for all options except cashback)
- 1 White Pass = ₹0.70 for cashback
White Pass Validity
White Pass balance remains valid for an additional 90 days after every anniversary cycle. For example: If your card is booked on
1-June-2021, the balance earned for the anniversary year 1-Jun-2021 to 31-May-2022 can be claimed till 29-August-2022.
The White Pass value will be reset to zero on every card anniversary date.
